Course Objective 操作化學相關的實驗、修習本課程的學生、系統性學習各式基礎化學實驗的實際操作以及理論原理，藉由實務與理論的充分結合，有助於未來研究與就業方面之發展。

Course Schedule 1 準備週 2 實驗規章介紹 3 實驗室打掃 4 1. 溶液的濃度 5 2.定組成定律 6 3.酸鹼標定 7 4.利用PH計測多質子酸之Ka1、Ka2 8 5.熔點測定 9 溫書假 10 六.固體溶解度與溫度的關係 11 七.阿斯匹靈的製備 12. 八、簡單蒸餾之檸檬精油(D-Limonene)的分離 13 九. DNA 電泳分析（生化實驗） 14 十. 葉脈書籤 15 補做實驗/補考 16 補做實驗/補考 17 實驗期末考 (1~10) 18 學校期末考

Evaluation and grading policy 期末成績預報（10%）：缺預報者，該次實驗零分計算。1:15 小考開始，1:20後不能參加小考。 1. 結報(結果與討論)（15%） 2. 小考（15%）出席10% 與實驗態度（30%） 3. 期末考（30 %）：期末時統一舉行筆試或操作考
