Course Objective This course introduces common mathematical methods for engineering applications and helps students know how to solve engineering problems by using mathematical methods. The course includes (1) First-order ordinary differential equation; (2) Higher-order ordinary differential equation; (3) System of ordinary differential equations; (4) Power series method; (5) Laplace transforms and helps students to gain knowledge of engineering mathematics through theories and calculations.
