Course Objective 本課程為土木學門之基礎課程，目的在講授水文定性現象，及相關水文循環過程之定量計算理論。課程內容涵蓋地球上水的發生、循環、分佈、物理與化學特性以及和所有生物間的關係；並藉由工程觀點，依照水文循環特性進行系統化介紹，培養學生具有基礎水文能力，應用水文學原理解決人類在水資源開發所面臨的問題。 This foundational course for the civil engineering covers both qualitative hydrological phenomena elaboration and quantitative assessment theories related to the processes of hydrological cycle. It aims to prepare students with basic hydrological knowledge and skills to apply hydrology principles in problem-solving of water resources development.

Evaluation and grading policy 課堂出席與表現：不定期點名，若點名三次無正當理由缺席，則本科以不及格論作業/小考練習：32% 期中考：34% 期末考：34%
