Course Objective 本課程旨在探討通用設計的進階概念，並將其應用於癌症病患與家屬心理健康支持的相關設計研究與實踐。課程目標包括：深入理解通用設計原則，並應用於醫療與心理健康領域。透過實際場域讓學生學習掌握使用者研究方法，分析癌症病患與家屬的需求與痛點；並以服務設計、顧客旅程地圖等方法，優化病患就醫體驗。發展資訊無障礙及情境體驗設計之創新應用，進行跨領域合作，與醫療機構、心理學專家、病友團體共同推動設計實踐。 This course aims to explore advanced concepts of universal design and apply them to design research and practice related to psychological support for cancer patients and their families. The course objectives include gaining an in-depth understanding of universal design principles and their applications in the healthcare and mental health fields. Students will engage in real-world contexts to learn user research methods, analyze the needs and pain points of cancer patients and their families, and utilize service design and customer journey mapping to enhance the patient experience. The course also focuses on developing innovative applications in information accessibility and experiential design, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration with medical institutions, psychology experts, and patient support groups to drive design practice.

Course Schedule 第一階段：通用設計基礎與使用者需求分析（第 1-6 週） 01_通用設計概論與應用領域 02_通用設計與癌症病患的需求分析 03_觀察法設計 I 04_觀察法設計 II 05_通用設計與顧客旅程地圖 06_通用設計策略與問題定義第二階段：觀察研究法（第 7-12 週） 07_服務設計與服務藍圖 08_主題講座1：病人就醫歷程全解析——從診斷到治療的關鍵環節（4/10，設計館701-1) 09_MOU簽署、醫院參訪。學生移地教學：醫院參訪（5/16，和信醫院） 10_觀察表的製作與檢討 I 11_移地教學：初診病人的流程實地走訪（5/2，和信醫院） 12_觀察表的製作與檢討 II 第三階段：USR行動設計——當設計走進癌症照護現場（第 13-18 週） 13_主題講座2：癌症治療的臨床現況與病人需求——腫瘤專科醫師的觀點 14_主題講座3：從診斷到康復：癌症病人的身心變奏曲——臨床心理醫師的觀點/ _主題講座4：白袍之外的力量：醫療歷程中的心理支持策略——醫療社工視角 15_主題講座5：治愈不只是來自藥物——醫護人員的心理陪伴力 16_主題講座6：癌症病人的日常與挑戰——護理師的第一線觀察 17 _課程回顧與檢討 18_主題講座7：癌症手術臨床現場與病人術後恢復支持—外科醫師的視角) / 觀察表的實地測試與檢討（6/20）
