Course Objective	過去研究人類行為多聚焦在人類的缺陷和問題，包括攻擊性、精神疾病、非常態行為等。正向心理學開始集中在研究如何使人變得更快樂，以及生命的意義。 正向心理學的主要目標是強化人類的優勢，例如創造力、開心、心流，以及樂觀。我們應學習讓生活更正向，因為快樂會帶來更多好的工作與學業表現、社會關係，亦會使我們更長壽與健康。 Most study of human behavior has focused mainly on what goes wrong in human affairs: aggression, mental disease, abnormal behavior, and so on. Positive psychology is centered on helping people become happier and making life most worth living. Positive Psychology aims at enhancing human strengths such as creativity, joy, flow, and optimal performance. People have to learn how to make life more positive, because happiness leads to desirable outcomes at school and work, to fulfilling social relationships, and even to good health and long life.

Evaluation and grading policy	1.平時成績：55%： A.出缺席：15%( 6次未到--包括曠課、病、事、公、心理假等，不予及格 ) B.課堂參與：40% (課堂表現、積極參與課堂活動與練習、討論與發表、完成 課堂中指定作業、參與本課程之研究) 本課程於課堂中有正向心理相關活動 練習，修習本課程者需參與，請參酌。 2.期中考：開書15% 3.期末小組或個人企劃報告：30%
