Course Objective	資訊法律課程將讓同學了解網路資訊社會中各層面的相關法律議題。本課程內容著重於各種網路法律問題，例如資訊安全、網路契約的訂定、網域名稱、數位化著作權、商標權，隱私權以及電腦犯罪種類及防治的介紹。另外，本課程也以個案方式，敘述電腦資訊的相關法律問題，並從中了解虛擬世界與現實世界的法律規範，同時測試自己是否具備足夠的資訊法律知識，能夠在快速變遷的資訊社會中立足與發展。 The course of Information Laws is designed for the students to familiarize such legal issues in most of the aspects available in the current world as information security, internet contracts, domain names, digital copy rights, trademark ownership, individual privacy and the genre & prevention in relation to computers. In addition, we discuss individual cases to further understand the nature of legal issues concerning computerized information. Hopefully, we learn the legal disciplines existent in the virtual and real worlds; besides, the students are supposed to equip themselves with sufficient legal knowledge so that they can survive and thus keep growing in the ever-changing information society.
