Course Objective 本課程介紹複合材料的原理，包括複合材料的高分子化學、複合材料的加工方法、複合材料的力學分析與設計、以及複合材料在高科技上的應用。加工方法包括真空袋成型法、壓力釜成形法、樹脂移送成型、編織法、纏繞成形法、拉擠成型法、模壓法…等，本課程詳述這些加工方法的原理及應用，同時介紹力學分析及設計，應力和應變之關係，複材之彎曲、靜態和動態之強度、脫層、耐久性、及以力學觀點設計複合材料，最後討論複合材料如何應用於高科技及民生工業上。 This course is to elucidate the principle and potential application of composite materials. It includes polymer chemistry, design and analysis of composite, and processing methods. The composite processings include autoclaves,vacuum vags, resin transform molding, braiding, filament winding, pultrusions, sheet molding compound,…etc. The principles and application of the methods will be elucidated. The analysis and design, strain-stress relationships, extension and bending, static and dynamic strengths, and delamination, will also be discussed. Finally, the potential application of the composite in high-tech industries will be elucidated.
