Course Objective 課程內容包括擴散原理、兩相之間的質傳理論，亂流的質量傳遞，涉及化學反應的質傳，同時發生質量與熱量的傳遞，以及多成分的擴散現象。 Topics covered include theory of diffusion, interphase mass transfer theory, mass transfer in turbulent flow, mass transfer with chemical reaction, simultaneous mass and heat transfer, multicomponent diffusion.
