Course Objective Overview Based on Donald Norman's The Design of Everyday Things, this course explores key principles for designers to consider when interacting with users, focusing on their instinctive reactions and psychological effects. The course will also cover the Laws of UX, using psychological insights to enhance design communication and services. Research and discussion will be integral parts of classwork, and students are required to bring a laptop or tablet to each session.
