Course Objective 本課程旨在介紹生產業與服務業中之作業管理。其中包含預測、產品與服務設計、產能規劃、地點選擇規劃分析、存貨管理、及時系統與供應鏈管理、專案管理、及品質管理。 The purpose of the course is to introduction operation management in industry and service. It includes forecasting, product and service design, capacity planning, location selection and analysis planning, inventory management, just-in-time and supply chain management, project management, and quality management.

Course Schedule WK 1~3 Introduction to Processes, Process Analysis WK 4~5 Process Improvement, Quality, Learning Curve WK 7~11 Inventory Management, SCM WK 13~17 Forecasting, Service Systems, Lean Operations, NPI

Evaluation and grading policy Class Attendance: 10% Mid-term Exam(2): 50% Final Exam: 40%
