Course Schedule The course will cover the following topics: Introduction to ceramic fabrication processes Syntheses of ceramic materials Surface chemistry of ceramic powders Physical properties of ceramic powders Introduction to the colloidal system Dispersion principles of ceramic powders Dispersion processes for ceramics Dispersion characterization techniques Additives for ceramic processes Casting techniques of ceramic slurries Online quiz Online review

Evaluation and grading policy Homework 10% Quiz (including presentations) : 30% Exams : 60%
