Course Objective	先修課程： 無。本實習內容為汽車底盤實習，包含底盤綜合保養檢修、轉向懸吊及煞車系統元件拆裝調整檢修、檢修調整汽車前輪定位、拆裝輪胎總成及校正平衡、操作使用底盤動力計、煞車及偏滑實驗儀器。 Automobile Chassis Service Shop Practice , the basic inspection, adjustment and repair of Automobile Chassis System, Include the Automobile Suspension systems, Steering systems and Braking systems, Tire Repair and Balance practice, Wheel-Alignment practice , Chassis dynamometer Experiment , Brake performance and Slide Test .
Course Schedule	第一週: 課程介紹 第二週: 機車輪胎補胎教學(穿刺補胎含實作練習) 第三週: 機車傳統拆胎教學(拆胎機使用) 第四週: 補胎教學(內貼式補胎含實作練習) 第五週: 汽車實車拆胎教學、前後煞車來令片更換 第六週: 前後煞車來令片更換練習、煞車油更換、煞車油沸點實驗 第七週: 前避震器拆裝教學(彈簧拆卸器使用) 第八週: 期中練習 第九週: 期中測驗(每人抽考2-3項，舊式拆胎機必考) 第十週: 期中測驗(每人抽考2-3項，舊式拆胎機必考) 第十一週: 傳統輪胎平衡機教學 第十二週: 傳統輪胎平衡機實機練習 第十三週: 汽車實車拆胎教學(新式拆胎機) 第十四週: 新式拆胎機實機練習 第十五週: 新式輪胎平衡機教學 第十六週: 拆胎機與輪胎平衡機實作練習(加強版) 第十七週: 期末測驗(每人抽考5-6項，新式拆胎機、平衡機必考) 第十八週: 期末測驗(每人抽考5-6項，新式拆胎機、平衡機必考)
