Course Objective	以數學與物理的方法來探討化學之原理，物質之結構與性質，內容包括由氣體動力論衍導熱力學之基本定律，物理平衡（相平衡）、化學平衡、溶液論、電化學、反應動力學、輸送性質等。 Discussing chemical phenomena and structures and properties of matter from the perspective of mathematics and physics. The contents include the basic laws of thermodynamics, physical equilibrium (phase equilibrium), chemical equilibrium, properties of solutions, electrochemistry, reaction kinetics, and transport properties.
Course Schedule	課本: Atkins’ PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY 10e 原著: Peter Atkins and Julio de Paula 代理: 歐亞書局, 02-89121188 預定上課進度: 完成Chapter 19-20 1. 上課時間: (一) 9:10am~10:00am ；(五) 1:10 pm- 3:00pm 2. 三次考試日期(預定): (五) 3/29 (五) 5/10 (五) 6/21 3. 期末成績為三次考試平均，點名全勤期末成績為58-59加分至60，不及格沒有補救辦法，請盡學生本分認真上課、念書、考試 4. 請留意考試日期，本課程不提前考及補考，考試開始後30分鐘未到視為成績乘以0.6計算。 5. 第七週4/5 (五) 清明節放假，當週週一(4/1) 需上課。 進度(暫定) temporary lecture schedule week 1~5 : chapters 5, 19 week 6 : exam #1 week7~11: chapters 19, 20 week12 : exam #2 week13~17 : chapters 20, 7 week18 : exam #3
