Course Objective 本課程介紹基本的金屬切削原理及其實務應用。包含： (1)工具機及其加工應用 (2)基本切削力學 (3)切削溫度 (4) 刀具材料、刀具磨耗與刀具壽命 (5)切削表面粗糙度 (6) CNC數控切削 (7)切削實驗 (8) 曲面切削電腦輔助刀路規劃 (9)高速銑削及模具切削。

Course Schedule 第 1~3週: 工具機及操作應用第 4~5週: 基本切削力學第 6 週: 切削溫度第 7~8週: 刀具材料,刀具磨耗及刀具壽命第 9 週: (期中考) 第 10 週: 切削表面粗糙度第 11 週: CNC數控切削第 12~13週: 切削實驗第 14 週: 切屑型態與控制第 15~16週: 曲面切削電腦輔助刀路規劃第 17 週: 高速銑削及模具切削第 18 週: (期末考)

Evaluation and grading policy 評量預計包含: 1. 平時小考25% 2. 實驗及實驗報告15% 3. 期中考 20% 4. 期末考 30% 5. 上課出席及表現10%
