Course Objective	先修課程：負責教授同意。概念性的介紹精密機電系統以及精密加工程序，工件精密度介紹，誤差與公差(尺寸精度、組裝誤差)，移動平台(XY-Stage)之選用，滾珠螺桿與線性滑軌選用與承重計算，真直度與平行度介紹，位置控制與馬達選用。
