Course Objective 本課程透過案例研究與設計實作，幫助學生學習工業設計師應該具備的物聯網基本概念，以及基於設計思考的物聯網產品設計原理與方法。

Course Schedule 01. Introduction 02. How is the Internet of Things (IoT) changing Industrial Design? 03. Basics of the IoT for Industrial Designers 04. General principles and DbA approach to designing the IoT. 05~07. Workshop I- Generate the IoT concepts and design the solutions. 08~09. Workshop II- Technical report writing for the IoT designed in Workshop 1 10~15. Workshop III- Refine the outcomes of Workshop 3 16~18. Final review of Workshop 3 (Oral presentation, Publications, Participation in competitions & cooperation projects)

Evaluation and grading policy 60% Workshops (processes & products) 20% Final review 20% Class participation
