Course Objective	為保障商標權及消費者利益，維護市場公平競爭，促進工商企業正常發展，國家特制定商標法，本課程以介紹我國商標法為重點，主要內容包括商標規範之基本原理、商標之構成要素、商標之分類方式及各類型商標之特性與功能、申請商標註冊之程序、商標註冊之審查及核准、商標權之取得及行使、異議程序及紛爭處理、權利侵害之救濟等。
