Course Objective
本課程將介紹一系列的生物大分子及構成這些生物分子的基本分子。課程從認識細菌、植物、動物細胞及各種細胞胞器開始,接著探討蛋白質、酵素、DNA、RNA、脂質、糖類結構和功能及他們在生命中的重要性。構成蛋白質的二十種氨基酸和組成DNA或RNA的四個核甘酸及構成脂質、糖類結構的生物分子將詳細被探討。
