Course Objective 1. 太陽能電池工作原理，2. 半導體材料與模型，3. 理想轉換效率，4. 單晶矽太陽能電池，5. 薄膜太陽能電池，6. 太空與聚光太陽能電池，7. 有機與敏染太陽能電池。

Course Schedule 1. 第1週至第2週: 太陽能電池與太陽能光譜， 2. 第3週至第5週:太陽能電池材料特性， 3. 第4週至第6週:產生、結合與太陽能電池元件物理， 4. 第7週至第9週: 轉換效率、損失與量測， 5. 第9週:期中測試 6. 第10週至第11週:矽太陽能電池技術， 7. 第12週至第14週:化合物與多接面太陽能電池技術， 8. 第15週:先進太陽能電池技術， 9. 第16週:太陽能系統與應用, 10 第17週至第18週:期末口頭報告。

Evaluation and grading policy 1.期中測試 : 30% 2.期末口頭報告 : 40% 3.出席與平常表現 : 30%
