Students will learn to collect, organize, visualize, and analyze business data, interpret statistical results, and communicate findings using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The course emphasizes practical applications through business case studies and real-world examples.

Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) ● 參與課程相關作業、作品、實驗、田野調查(Participation in course-related assignments, works, experiments, or field research) Content The course covers the fundamentals of business statistics, including data collection, data organization and visualization, descriptive statistics, probability, probability distributions, normal distribution, sampling methods, sampling distributions, and confidence intervals. Practical applications are emphasized through business case studies, Excel and SPSS exercises, dashboard and report writing, and a group statistical project and presentation. Hours 3 Learning Outcomes By the end of this course, students will be able to understand and apply fundamental statistical concepts to business problems, organize and visualize data, interpret descriptive statistics and probability, use sampling and estimation techniques, and perform basic statistical analysis using Excel and SPSS. Students will also develop the ability to interpret results, make evidence-based business decisions, and communicate their findings clearly through reports and presentations.
