Course Objective 本課程透過專題式設計單元（Thematic Design Studio）的教學架構，引導學生將建築操作視為一種探詢當代文化、社會動態與空間現象的批判性媒介。課程鼓勵學生跳脫純粹的機能性與物理性思考，轉而關注建築如何回應並介入複雜的文化與環境脈絡。透過研究導向的設計過程，學生將探索空間形式與人類行為、歷史紋理或跨文化議題之間的對話關係，進而在多元的限制與情境中，發展出具備文化敏感度與深度的建築提案。 Structured around a thematic design studio, this module positions architectural operation as a critical apparatus for investigating contemporary culture, social dynamics, and spatial phenomena. Moving beyond mere functionalist and physical parameters, students are challenged to examine how architecture engages with and acts upon complex cultural and environmental contexts. Utilising a research-led design methodology, students will interrogate the dialogue between spatial form and human behaviour, historical strata, or cross-cultural conditions. This rigorous process will enable them to formulate architectural proposals of cultural sensitivity and depth, while negotiating a multiplicity of constraints and situations.
