Course Objective 本課程以國際財務管理為核心，系統性介紹國際收支、國際融資與國際籌資三大主軸。課程內容涵蓋國際貿易與金融服務、跨國銀行體系運作，以及企業透過海外證券市場進行籌資之制度與實務。透過理論講授與實例說明，培養學生理解全球資金流動、金融制度與企業財務決策之能力，並建立分析國際金融環境對企業與經濟影響的整體視角。 This course provides a systematic introduction to international financial management, focusing on three core themes: balance of payments, international financing, and international fund raising. Topics include international trade and financial services, cross-border banking systems, and corporate fund-raising through overseas capital markets. Through theoretical discussion and practical illustrations, students will develop the ability to analyze global capital flows, financial institutions, and their implications for corporate financial decisions.
