Course Objective This course provides undergraduate students with a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation and its impact on organizational operations and structures. Students will explore how emerging technologies can drive organizational change. Through case studies, practical exercises, and theoretical frameworks, students will learn to analyze, design, and implement digital transformation initiatives. The course also focuses on applying digital twin technologies to enhance value creation, competitiveness, and customer engagement.
