Course Objective 本課程深入探討光纖寬頻網路在現代與未來通訊基礎設施中的核心角色，涵蓋從基礎傳輸原理到高階應用服務的完整範疇。課程著重於光纖取代傳統銅纜的優勢，包括抗干擾能力、卓越傳輸品質、網路架構簡化以及服務不中斷特性。同時探討高速光纖到大樓（FTTB）系統的頻寬管理功能，並分析其在5G混合專用網路N78、N79與新興跨域物聯網技術(GM2MC)及多元異質網路服務模式。 This course provides an in-depth examination of the pivotal role of fiber-optic broadband networks in both contemporary and next-generation communication infrastructures, encompassing the full spectrum from fundamental transmission principles to advanced application services. Emphasis is placed on the advantages of replacing conventional copper cabling with fiber optics, including superior immunity to electromagnetic interference, exceptional transmission quality, simplified network architectures, and the inherent capability for uninterrupted service delivery. The curriculum further investigates the bandwidth management capabilities of high-speed Fiber-to-the-Building (FTTB) systems, alongside a comprehensive analysis of their integration within 5G hybrid private networks (N78, N79), emerging cross-domain Internet of Things (IoT) technologies such as Global Machine-to-Machine Connectivity (GM2MC), and diverse heterogeneous network service models.
