Course Objective 本課程透過使用者體驗與實踐導向的方法，引導學生學習服務設計與創新。課程以服務科學思維作為基礎，將設計思維從"產品開發"拓展至"服務體驗與系統設計"層面。其中採用「工作理論」(Jobs-to-be-Done, JTBD)作為創新的核心分析框架。 This course introduces service design and innovation through an experience-centered and practice-oriented approach. Designed for industrial design graduate students, the course expands design capability from product-focused thinking to service experiences and systems. Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) is used as the core framing logic for innovation.
