Course Objective	任何計畫、產品或服務之壽命週期起始自需要分析，其次為決定需求和規格，接著為設計和執行，最後經由使用階段，在支援和維護下完成此計畫。而在進行經濟分析，應對貨幣之時間價值、投資報酬率、損益平衡、公司債券、現金流量、有效利率、最小成本壽命、通貨膨脹、成本估計、折舊、所得稅、資金成本、更新分析、敏感性分析和風險決策分析等要點，以求估計值之準確性、方案抉擇決策之正確性。 Engineering / management analysis of the economic aspects of public and private project proposals. Decisions involving the expenditure of capital funds. Alternative sources of funds; time value of money; methods of evaluating alternative project.
