Course Objective 本課程聚焦於多變量統計分析在營建管理中的實務應用，適合期望將統計工具應用於研究、專題或決策的研究生修習。課程以問卷設計與資料分析為基礎，透過 SPSS 統計專用軟體操作，教授因素分析、主成份分析與複迴歸等常用方法，協助學生系統性分析營建管理議題中的關鍵因素。為強化統計結果的解釋力，課程輔以質化研究方法作為詮釋與補充工具，並介紹品管七大手法，加深學生於營建現場的問題診斷與改善規劃能力。課程強調實作導向與資料邏輯推理，不重數學推導，修課後學生將具備以數據支持營建管理決策的專業素養與研究能力。 This course introduces the practical application of multivariate statistical analysis in construction management. Topics include questionnaire design, data analysis using SPSS, and widely used techniques such as factor analysis, principal component analysis (PCA), and multiple regression. To strengthen the interpretation of statistical results, qualitative research methods and the seven basic quality control tools are also integrated. The course emphasizes applied skills and data reasoning over mathematical derivation, preparing students to support research and decision-making in construction management with data-driven insights.

Course Schedule 單元1 變數概念與研究衡量基礎 1、變數類型與衡量尺度 2、李克特量表之設計原則與應用 3、變數間之函數關係與統計模型建構單元2 統計專用軟體(SPSS)的介紹 1、資料登錄、變數設定與資料類型 2、統計基本工具應用單元3 問卷分析於營建管理之應用 1、問卷設計與題目發展 2、問卷調查與資料蒐集 3、專家審題與問卷修正 4、信度與效度分析(李克特量表品質檢驗) 單元4 多變量統計方法於營建管理之應用 1、因素分析：萃取影響營建管理議題之關鍵因素 2、主成份分析：建構整體代理指標分數 3、複迴歸分析：檢驗關鍵因素之影響程度單元5 質化研究方法於營建管理研究之應用 1、質化研究方法之基本概念 2、專家深度訪談設計與執行 3、質化資料於量化研究結果之補充與解釋(作為管理策略研擬之依據) 單元6 營建管理實務補充單元：品管七大手法 1、品管七大手法之原理與工具介紹 2、品管工具於營建管理實務之問題診斷與改善應用＊＊以上課程內容得視學生研習與實際上課情形進行調整。
