Course Objective 本課程主要介紹財務管理的基礎知識，分析、診斷、控制與健全企業財務的方法。其中，主要內容包括閱讀、分析與診斷財務報表，評價「錢」與「時間」的關係，評估最適工程方案的決策，營建業投資開發財務可行性分析與決策，財務風險的衡量與應用等。本課程的目標，透過財務管理基礎知識的建立，與診斷分析控制方法的介紹，輔以實務或專題討論，培養工程領域學生處理工程財務管理的能力，進而提昇工程管理的執行力。 This course offers an introduction to the fundamental concepts of financial management, with a focus on methods for analyzing, diagnosing, controlling, and improving corporate financial performance. Core topics include the interpretation and evaluation of financial statements, the time value of money, decision-making for selecting optimal engineering alternatives, financial feasibility analysis for investment and development projects in the construction industry, and techniques for measuring and managing financial risk. The course is designed to build foundational financial knowledge while introducing analytical and diagnostic tools. Through a combination of practical applications and topic-based discussions, students in the engineering field will develop the ability to manage financial aspects of engineering projects, thereby enhancing their overall effectiveness in engineering management.
