Course Objective 本課程介紹應用於醫療器材、人工器官、組織工程以及藥物釋放的相關材料。醫療器材主要包含骨科器材、人工關節、生物晶片、材料表面處理。人工器官包含人工軟骨、人工血管、人工皮膚、人工肝臟等。組織工程包含支架材料、生物可分解性材料、生物反應器。藥物釋放包含高分子薄膜及目標型藥物傳送等。 The purpose of this course is to illustrate the concepts about medical devices, artificial organs, tissue engineering and drug release technologies. The fundamentals of biomaterials will be introduced including materials, surface treatment, biological interactions, mechanical properties.
