Course Objective 本校體育課程目標為鍛鍊健全身心、促進身心健全發展、培養運動道德、發揚團隊精神及養成終身運動習慣。四技一、二年級實施專項分組教學，由具有專長之教師授課。開課項目：籃球、排球、桌球、羽球、保齡球、射箭、高爾夫球、網球、體操遊戲、慢速壘球、太極拳、國際標準舞、體適能、國術。學生得按自己興趣選擇修習。 All students are required to attend two hours per week of Physical Education class. This requirement applies to Freshman and Sophomore students, classes are interest-oriented, thus giving students the opportunity to select specific activities they are interested in. Choices include Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, Archery, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Slow pitch, Tai Chi Chuan, Ballroom Dancing, Physical Fitness and martial arts, to mention a few.

Course Schedule 週次(堂次)：課程主題第1週：課程講解基本發展介紹Course explanation and basic development introduction 第2週：握拍法、球感練習第3週：發球、接發球Serve 第4週：正手高遠球Forehand 第5週：正手切球、挑球第6週：組合訓練第7週：期中發球測驗Quiz 第8週：網前短球第9週：半場前後步法、球路練習第10週：米字步法第11週：組合球訓練第12週：殺球Smash、接殺球第13週：單打概念實戰練習Singles 第14週：雙打概念實戰練習Doubles 第15週：比賽規則說明rules, 、雙打比賽第16週：後場技能複習第17週：期末後場技術測驗Final skills test 第18週：補考週Make-up exam

Evaluation and grading policy 出席率20%、期中期末測驗50%、學習態度10%、課堂技能測驗20%
