Course Objective	介紹工程契約之內容與種類，以及其實際的作業程序及相關的投標規定；此外並說明規範的製定內涵與意義，同時探討其對工程之影響與重要性。 This course will cover the applications of the construction contracts, drawings, and specifications in construction. It will cover the role construction documents play as a communication tool for understanding the roles and responsibility of the construction parties.
