Course Objective 本校體育課程目標為鍛鍊健全身心、促進身心健全發展、培養運動道德、發揚團隊精神及養成終身運動習慣。四技一、二年級實施專項分組教學，由具有專長之教師授課。開課項目：籃球、排球、桌球、羽球、保齡球、射箭、高爾夫球、網球、體操遊戲、慢速壘球、太極拳、國際標準舞、體適能、國術。學生得按自己興趣選擇修習。 All students are required to attend two hours per week of Physical Education class. This requirement applies to Freshman and Sophomore students, classes are interest-oriented, thus giving students the opportunity to select specific activities they are interested in. Choices include Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, Archery, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Slow pitch, Tai Chi Chuan, Ballroom Dancing, Physical Fitness and martial arts, to mention a few.

Course Schedule 本課程為民俗體育，其中內容包含跳繩與扯鈴項目。第一週教學規劃說明，含目標、內容、進度、應備知識基礎、評量方式。第二週扯鈴：運鈴介紹與練習；跳繩：空迴旋練習、一迴旋、節奏跳。第三週扯鈴：繞繩基本招式；跳繩：前跳基礎變化、團體一字跳繩。第四週扯鈴：望月組合招式；跳繩：前後開叉跳、前後交叉跳、雙人單繩。第五週扯鈴：蜘蛛結網組合招式；跳繩：側甩跳、側甩交叉跳、雙人單繩。第六週扯鈴：金雞上架組合招式；跳繩：個人基本動作複習、兩人兩繩。第七週扯鈴：揹書包招式招式；跳繩：個人基本動作複習、兩人兩繩。第八週扯鈴：繞腳、繞手練習；跳繩：競速跳練習、十字繩。第九週期中測驗第十週扯鈴：拋鈴招式練習、雙人拋鈴組合練習；跳繩：個人基本動作練習。第十一週扯鈴：單人套鈴招式練習；跳繩：單人背後交叉跳、二迴旋練習。第十二週扯鈴：單人迴旋招式練習；跳繩：二迴旋組合練習。第十三週扯鈴：直立鈴練習、雙人拋鈴練習；跳繩：團體 (十字繩、相繞繩) 第十四週扯鈴：雙鈴練習、多人拋鈴練習；跳繩：團體 (波浪繩、相繞繩) 第十五週扯鈴：個人組合招式練習；跳繩：團體 (雙十字繩、米字繩) 第十六週扯鈴：個人組合招式練習；跳繩：個人組合招式練習第十七週期末表演、報告繳交第十八週期末補考

Evaluation and grading policy 1.出席40% 請假不可超過三次。 (遲到、早退、服裝儀容不整…斟酌扣分或補交報告) 2.期中測驗20% 3.期末成果30% 4.課堂表現10%
