Course Objective 本校體育課程目標為鍛鍊健全身心、促進身心健全發展、培養運動道德、發揚團隊精神及養成終身運動習慣。四技一、二年級實施專項分組教學，由具有專長之教師授課。開課項目：籃球、排球、桌球、羽球、保齡球、射箭、高爾夫球、網球、體操遊戲、慢速壘球、太極拳、國際標準舞、體適能、國術、民俗體育。學生得按自己興趣選擇修習。 All students are required to attend two hours per week of Physical Education class. This requirement applies to Freshman and Sophomore students, classes are interest-oriented, thus giving students the opportunity to select specific activities they are interested in. Choices include Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, Archery, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Slow pitch, Tai Chi Chuan, Ballroom Dancing, Physical Fitness, martial arts and folk sports, to mention a few.

Course Schedule 第一週課程介紹，扯鈴：運鈴與調鈴練習；跳繩：前後一迴與節奏跳練習。第二週和平紀念日放假一天第三週扯鈴：繞繩基本招式；跳繩：前跳基礎變化、團體一字跳繩。第四週扯鈴：望月組合招式；跳繩：前跳開叉跳、前跳交叉跳、雙人單繩。第五週扯鈴：蜘蛛結網組合招式；跳繩：後跳基礎變化、雙人單繩。第六週扯鈴：金雞上架組合招式；跳繩：後跳開叉跳、後跳交叉跳、相繞繩。第七週清明節放假一天第八週扯鈴：個人組合招式練習；跳繩：個人基本動作複習。第九週期中考核測驗第十週扯鈴：拋鈴組合招式練習；跳繩：側甩跳、側甩交叉跳、雙人兩繩。第十一週扯鈴：揹書包組合練習；跳繩：後側甩跳、後側甩交叉跳。第十二週扯鈴：雙人拋鈴組合練習；跳繩：背後交叉跳、二迴旋練習。第十三週扯鈴：繞腳、繞手練習；跳繩：團體 (十字繩、相繞繩) 第十四週扯鈴：雙鈴練習；跳繩：團體 (波浪繩、相繞繩、米字繩) 第十五週端午節放假一天第十六週扯鈴：個人組合招式練習；跳繩：個人組合招式練習第十七週期末成果表演、報告繳交第十八週期末補考

Evaluation and grading policy 1.出席40% 請假不可超過三次。 (遲到、早退、服裝儀容不整…斟酌扣分或補交報告) 2.期中考核20% 3.期末成果20% 4.課堂表現20%
