Course Objective 本校體育課程目標為鍛鍊健全身心、促進身心健全發展、培養運動道德、發揚團隊精神及養成終身運動習慣。四技一、二年級實施專項分組教學，由具有專長之教師授課。開課項目：籃球、排球、桌球、羽球、保齡球、射箭、高爾夫球、網球、體操遊戲、慢速壘球、太極拳、國際標準舞、體適能、國術。學生得按自己興趣選擇修習。 All students are required to attend two hours per week of Physical Education class. This requirement applies to Freshman and Sophomore students, classes are interest-oriented, thus giving students the opportunity to select specific activities they are interested in. Choices include Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, Archery, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Slow pitch, Tai Chi Chuan, Ballroom Dancing, Physical Fitness and martial arts, to mention a few.

Course Schedule 課程必須攜帶物品：運動服裝、運動鞋、飲用水、毛巾每週課程皆會有徒手或負重練習，以下學科課程會因應狀況做調整．第一週：補假第二週： 1.介紹體適能課程相關的概念 2.正確運動流程 3.體適能重要性 4.健康與運動適能 5.身體檢測與評估INBODY 6.了解INBODY內容，設立目標第三週： 1.肌力及肌耐力評估。 2.心肺功能評估。 3.運動與營養第四週： 1.柔軟度評估。 2.身體組成評估。 3.體適能訓練原則與處方 4.有氧與無氧運動第五週：有氧與心肺適能的訓練-徒手訓練、跑步機第六週：補假第七週：有氧與心肺適能的訓練-徒手訓練、跑步機、核心肌群訓練第八週：有氧與心肺適能的訓練-期中跑步機測驗、柔軟度訓練第九週：有氧與心肺適能的訓練-划船機課程、肌肉適能(壺鈴) 第十週：勞動節第十一週：體適能訓練原則與處方、多功能重量訓練器材操作說明第十二週：肌肉適能-上肢肌群的訓練(啞鈴) 第十三週：肌肉適能-下肢肌群的訓練(啞鈴) 第十四週：運動傷害預防與處理、肌肉適能(分組討論訓練處方及訓練) 第十五週：划船機（期末考）第十六週：運動與營養、身體組成與體重管測驗理Inbody 第十七週：端午節第十八週：補考

Evaluation and grading policy 對課程及自己身體的尊重與負責是基本態度，體育課程的學習目標除身體教育以及提升身心健康外也期望學生養成終身運動習慣，因此態度(情意)分數會佔比較大。情意50%-出勤狀況、上課態度 (除因公喪出示證明及病假出示就診證明，其餘因素若無合理證明皆為缺席曠課乙次，課程時間超過1/2才到計曠課乙次；遲到、早退及「服裝不適合」算半次曠課；課程中自主練習或講師安排之課表有無積極練習，也會在態度成績上增減分數。缺席曠課超過三次，總成績必低於60分。) 認知20%-課程內容的實踐(包含考試成績) 技能30%-實務操作(包含考試成績)
