Course Objective	本課程之目的為使學生瞭解生產計畫與管制的基本概念，訓練學生對於生產計畫與管制的各項方法，制度設計及改善等具有基本認識，並應用管理科學及作業研究於生產計畫與管制之研究發展。本課程包括下列主題：生產計畫與管制概論、產品設計與發展、預測、來源需求規畫、生產排程、總排程、存貨管理、豐田式管理、專案規畫與管理等。 The main purpose of this course is to introduce the fundamental concepts of production planning and control. In addition, applications of management science and operations research in production control and planning are also provided. This course is consisted of the following subjects: introduction, product design and development, forecasting, resources requirement planning, production scheduling, total scheduling, inventory management, Toyota management, and project management.
