Course Objective 本課程專為大學資訊相關科系學生設計，強調顧客關係管理（CRM）理論、資訊服務與人工智慧（AI）應用的創新結合。隨著AI與數位技術興起，CRM在客戶分群、行銷自動化、個人化推薦、智能客服等領域持續進化。學生將學習CRM的基本流程、會員經營、數據分析等理論，並結合實用AI工具（如生成式AI、ChatGPT、推薦系統等）進行數據洞察、文案自動生成、機器人客服設計與行銷腳本自動化。課程以市場需求為導向，重視專題實作與團隊協作，讓學生畢業前具備數據分析、AI應用及創新解決問題的能力，直接接軌智慧CRM產業第一線。學習活動包括理論講解、數位工具實作、小組專案設計與創意發表，培養資訊、行銷與創新管理跨域能力。評分涵蓋課堂表現、作業、專案進度與簡報，著重實務應用。 This course introduces undergraduate information science students to the fusion of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), information services, and artificial intelligence (AI). Students explore core CRM concepts and learn how AI technologies—such as generative AI, chatbots, and recommender systems—are transforming how businesses analyze data, engage customers, and automate marketing and support. Through practical exercises and projects, students develop skills in using AI tools to gain customer insights, personalize communication, and design innovative CRM solutions. The course emphasizes teamwork, real-world applications, and data-driven decision-making to prepare students for roles in AI-enhanced CRM environments. Assessments include participation, assignments, group projects, and presentations, ensuring students can apply concepts effectively in the evolving AI-driven CRM industry.
