Course Objective	零售業包含百貨業、連鎖店、超市、超商等，與人們的關係極切‧本課程主在探討如何經由零賣出使顧客滿意的商品‧ 內容：零售業概論、配銷通路、行銷研究、產品管理策略、定價策略、促銷策略、賣場規劃、零售業經營策略、顧客滿意 Retail management is mainly to discuss to sell goods through channels and satisfy them. The content of the course: Retail concept, physical distribution, market research, product management strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy, retail strategy and customer satisfaction.
