Course Objective	本課程旨在解析創業者在財務領域須具備的觀念與常識，教學內容係依據教師過去在金融業所看過的業界案例、及曾擔任投資公司財務長、與跨國集團投資與信用管理主管之職場經驗所設計。 透過了解企業財務領域之運作，期培養學生在創業時能運用相關的財務基礎觀念與常識，相關財務知識也可做為個人投資理財參酌。
Course Schedule (Week 1-16)	預定上課主題: 1. 認識金融機構與投資理財工具 2. 認識利率及其應用、投資計畫報酬估算 3. 認識匯率與外匯市場 4. 認識財務報表與運用 5. 企業的基本面分析與經營策略 6. 創業營業計劃與財務評估要點釋例 7. 創業籌資(兼述股票上市之路) 8. 實務主題研討
Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) Content 第17-18周，由各組按課堂中之分組與經老師核可之實務主題進行分組實作與討論。 各組組長須扮演主導與溝通協調、分工之角色，領導組員完善期末報告之製作。 過程中有任何需與老師討論之處，可透過班級FB社群功能，與老師互動。 Hours 4 Learning Outcomes 各組須將分組實作與討論按組撰寫完成期末報告，並將報告上傳至老師設置之ZUVIO期末報告繳交專區。 Assessment Percentage 期末報告佔學期總成績之30%，其中20%由老師按報告水準評定，另10%為團隊合作得分，由組長按各組員之貢獻度評定(組長此部分若無缺失以滿分計)。

Expanding teaching and resources	● 混成學習 (Blended Learning) 課程結合實體授課與線上學習（同步視訊／非同步活動）。 Combines face-to-face instruction with online learning (including synchronous video sessions or asynchronous activities). ● 參與式創新教學 (Participatory & Innovative Teaching) 強調學生參與與產出，導入翻轉、PBL/專題、設計思考或遊戲化等策略。 Emphasizes student engagement and outcomes by adopting strategies such as Flipped Classroom, PBL (Problem/Project- Based Learning), Design Thinking, or Gamification. ● 數位教材資源應用 (Application of Digital Resources) 採用影音多媒體或具開放授權之資源（如OCW、開放教科書）作為主要或輔助教材。 Adopts multimedia or open-licensed resources (e.g., OCW, Open Textbooks) as primary or supplementary teaching materials. ● 數位科技融入 (Digital Technology Integration) 運用生成式AI、VR/AR、IoT、IRS等新興科技輔助教學與評量。 Utilizes emerging technologies such as Generative AI, VR/AR, IoT, and IRS (Interactive Response Systems) to facilitate teaching and assessment.
