Course Objective	數位轉型是企業面對市場趨勢及消費人口喜好變遷的必然壓力。千禧 (Y)世代與Z世代躍居國內外民生消費市場的主力，現有市場結構已經 或正在被快速顛覆 。 本課程主要目的是了解何謂數位轉型、企業為什麼需要數位轉型、數位轉型的價值為何、數位轉型的理論與架構為何、數位轉型的導入程序與指標為何、數位轉型如何帶動企業新的商業模式等。企業數位轉型之案例分享與討論，另針對數位轉型所帶動的智慧製造做深入的探討。
