Course Objective 本校體育課程目標為鍛鍊健全身心、促進身心健全發展、培養運動道德、發揚團隊精神及養成終身運動習慣。

Course Schedule 第一週課程介紹、測驗學生程度第二週低手傳球動作分析示範、正面低手側面低手傳接球練習第三週低手傳接球移位步法示範解說、低手移位傳接球練習第四週高手傳接球動作分析示範、高手傳接球練習第五週高手傳接球移位步法示範解說、高手移位傳接球練習第六週高、低手傳接球組合運用練習第七週發球動作示範解說，低手發球、肩上發球練習第八週肩上發球複習、發球與接發球配合練習第九週扣球基本技術介紹與練習第十週扣球複習、攔網練習第十一週基本技術結合練習（一）第十二週基本技術結合練習（二）第十三週隊形、戰術介紹與演練第十四週規則及裁判法介紹與實習第十五週分組比賽第十六週分組比賽第十七週測驗第十八週補考
