Course Objective 隨著網際網路的迅速發展，網路電子商務已經成為傳統行銷通路以外的一個新興通路。再加上網路全年無休、成本低廉、以全球為市場的優勢，以及可符合消費者的需求的特色，使得電子商務明顯的成為未來商業發展的主流，因此國外廠商紛紛上網卡位，網路商業化已成為一股不可抵擋的趨勢。本課程中將介紹對電子商務作理論與實務上的探討。 1. 電子商務與商業模式 2. 電子商務策略發展 3. B to C電子商務 4. C to C電子商務 5. B to B電子商務 6. 無線網路 7. 企業電子化 8. 企業資源規劃 9. 供應鏈管理 10. 顧客關係管理 11知識管理與e-Learning 12. 網路行銷 14. 網路廣告與關鍵字廣告 15. 網路安全性 E-business (electronic business) is the conducting of business on the Internet, not only buying and selling but also servicing customers and collaborating with business partners. The outline of electronic business is as following: 1. Introduction to Electronic Commerce. 2. Technology Infrastructure: The Internet and the World Wide Web. 3. Selling on the Web: Revenue Models and Building a Web Presence. 4. Marketing on the Web. 5. Business-to-Business Online Strategies 6. Online Auctions, Virtual Communities, and Web Portals. 7.
