Course Objective	「企業領導力」是企業經營管理之關鍵能力與評量指標。我們將由學術理論和商業實務案例之多元學習方法，共同分析和探討企業領導力的管理策略; 建碁於領導人之健全品格與正直品德之根基，進一步探討領導者如何進行企業價值創新，以培育研究所學生具有全球領導人之眼界與企業經營管理之領導技能。 This course, Corporate Leadership, is aimed to develop our graduate students who have the heart and ambition to become great leaders in their lives for the society and humanity. Together we will explore what great leaders are, how to develop ourselves to become one, and how to make this world a better place by being a leader starting from now. Given this vision, we will learn most of the fundamental leadership theories and approaches, at the same time, study Harvard business cases and related materials for international simulations and cross-cultural practices. The characters and integrity of leaders are critical too in business ethics and building long-term successful companies. We will explore and study more key themes in leadership together.
