Course Objective	This course is designed for international students with a Chinese proficiency level of A1. The course revolves around everyday life scenarios, guiding students to understand Taiwanese society, culture, and related life themes through text reading, topical discussions, classroom activities, and cultural experiences, helping them build a basic understanding of local culture. The course content includes individual and group reports, cultural experience activities, and cultural experience worksheets. Students will learn relevant Chinese vocabulary and expressions through active participation and observation, and record, organize, and reflect on what they have learned through the worksheets. The course also includes assignments and diverse classroom exercises, providing ample opportunities for students to practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing, aiming to comprehensively improve their Chinese communication skills and intercultural understanding.

Note	This course is designed for international students at the A1 Chinese level. It integrates Chinese language materials, daily-life topics, Taiwanese culture, and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Through reading, discussion, classroom activities, assignments, and cultural experiences, students will learn about Taiwanese society and culture while improving their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
