Course Objective 本課程針對大三學生，重點介紹太陽能電池的材料選擇、製程技術與開發實務。課程內容將從綠色能源基礎知識出發，結合表面及薄膜處理技術，詳述太陽能電池生產中不可或缺的沈積方法與前處理技術。此外，課程亦將討論加工製程與熱處理對太陽能電池材料組織與性質的影響，並引進產業案例分析以縮短學用落差。 This course is designed for third-year undergraduate students and focuses on the material selection, manufacturing processes, and development practices of solar cells. The course content will begin with fundamental knowledge of green energy, combined with surface and thin-film treatment techniques, detailing the deposition methods and pretreatment technologies indispensable in solar cell production. Furthermore, the course will discuss the impact of processing and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of solar cell materials, and introduce industry case studies to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Course Schedule
(Week 1-16) 第一至三週：綠色能源基礎與世界能源利用現狀（太陽能直接利用與發電）。第四至六週：太陽能電池材料分類：單晶、多晶及薄膜材料之特性與應用。第七至八週：表面處理技術在太陽能領域之應用。第九週：期中考。第十至十三週：太陽能電池製程：PVD (Sputtering) 與製程實務介紹。第十四至十六週：太陽光電模組製程(封裝材料、導電材料) 。第十七週：Applications and Case Stories：產業案例分析與材料缺陷防治。第十八週：期末考。 Weeks 1–3: Foundations of Green Energy and Current Status of World Energy Utilization (Direct Solar Energy Utilization and Power Generation) Weeks 4–6: Classification of Solar Cell Materials: Characteristics and Applications of Monocrystalline, Polycrystalline, and Thin-Film Materials Weeks 7–8: Applications of Surface Treatment Technology in the Solar Energy Field Week 9: Midterm Examination Weeks 10–13: Solar Cell Manufacturing Processes: PVD (Sputtering) and CVD Process Practices Weeks 14–16: Photovoltaic Module Manufacturing Processes (Encapsulation Materials, Conductive Materials) Week 17: Applications and Case Stories: Industrial Case Analysis and Prevention of Material Defects Week 18: Final Examination

Evaluation and grading policy 出席率10 % 平時表現 (包含課堂指派作業與課堂小考表現之綜合成績的平均值)： 10 % 期中考： 40分期末考： 40分為因應實際教學情況，教師保留適度調整評分方式與比例之權利。
