It covers key topics across the physical, media access, network, and transport layers, including signal transmission, spectrum, modulation, and multiple access methods. Students will study short-range communication technologies such as WLAN, Bluetooth, and ZigBee, as well as Ad hoc routing in real-time networks. The course also addresses wireless sensor networks, positioning system design, mobile network principles, and recent advancements. Emphasis is placed on practical skills and understanding future trends in wireless networking.
