Course Objective	本課程旨在培養學生於土木與營建專案中進行風險辨識、評估與管理之能力。課程重點包含專案風險管理流程、成本與工期不確定性、風險導向估價、量化風險分析、風險因應策略，以及專題導向之實務應用。 This course aims to equip civil engineering students with the ability to identify, assess, and manage risks in construction and infrastructure projects. The course emphasizes project risk management processes, cost and schedule uncertainty, risk based estimation, quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning, and practical applications through project based learning.
