Course Objective This course introduces the fundamental principles of nanoscience and nanotechnology, with emphasis on size effect on material properties, fabrication processes, and characterization methods. Widespread applications, including semiconductors, biomedical, soft materials, and energy, are highlighted to broaden students' perspectives and enhance their understanding of nanotechnology's potential in future innovations.
