Course Objective 本課程主要以人文學的研究方法為主，使修課者對人文學科之研究方法有基本的認識，熟悉資料蒐集、分析與詮釋的方式，以及培養研究的能力，並應用所學，在課程期間完成一份研究報告。以歷史學門為例，其課程內容包括學科的定義、史料的蒐集與辨別能力，歷史的詮釋，及歷史研究的侷限性等等問題。 This course is primarily based on the research methods of humanities. Students who select this course will have a basic understanding of the research methods of humanities. Besides, they will be familiar with the mode of data collection, analysis and interpretation, moreover, their capacity of doing research will be trained up. They have to finish a research report by applying what they have learned during this course. Take the history as an example, this course includes the definition of the subject, the interpretation of the history, and the limits of historical research. Besides, students will also learn how to collect and identify historical data in the course.
