Course Objective 本課程旨在為大學部學生提供數位轉型的相關知識。學生將學習新興技術如何影響組織運作及結構，並探討如何應用這些技術來推動組織轉型。課程將通過個案研究、實務操作及理論框架，幫助學生掌握分析、設計和實施數位轉型計劃的技能。課程還將專注於運用數位雙生技術，以提升價值創造、競爭力及客戶參與度。 This course provides undergraduate students with a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation and its impact on organizational operations and structures. Students will explore how emerging technologies can drive organizational change. Through case studies, practical exercises, and theoretical frameworks, students will learn to analyze, design, and implement digital transformation initiatives. The course also focuses on applying digital twin technologies to enhance value creation, competitiveness, and customer engagement.
