Course Objective This course explores the theories and practices of operations management, focusing on integrated production management systems and analyzing industry case studies. Course content includes: Introduction and production forecasting, product and service design, capacity planning, process selection and facility layout, location planning and analysis, integrated planning, material requirements planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and supply chain management.
